Welcome to Star Athletic Sports. Our mission is to empower young athletes to achieve their full potential on and off the court/field by providing exceptional coaching, fostering character development, and building a supportive community.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and youth athletic training services. By accessing our website or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Program Participation

By enrolling in Star Athletic Sports programs, participants and their parents/guardians agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration, including medical history and emergency contacts
• Ensure the athlete is physically able to participate in athletic training activities
• Obtain medical clearance from a physician before participation if the athlete has any pre-existing medical conditions
• Follow all program rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from coaches and staff
• Treat coaches, staff, other athletes, and families with respect and sportsmanship
• Attend scheduled training sessions and notify staff of any absences in advance when possible

Health and Safety Acknowledgment

Parents/guardians acknowledge and understand that:

• Athletic training and sports activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries
• Star Athletic Sports will take reasonable precautions to ensure athlete safety, but cannot guarantee that injuries will not occur
• Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Parents/guardians should consult with their child’s physician before beginning any athletic training program
• Parents/guardians must immediately inform staff if their child experiences pain, injury, or any health concerns during training

Payment and Cancellation Policy

All program fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule. Our cancellation policy includes:

• Registration fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced
• Cancellations made at least 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative fees
• No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to athlete absence or withdrawal after the program has started
• Star Athletic Sports reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided
• Make-up sessions may be available at the discretion of staff and based on scheduling availability

Code of Conduct

We are committed to fostering character development and building a supportive community. All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to:

• Demonstrate respect, integrity, and good sportsmanship at all times
• Refrain from bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior
• Support a positive learning environment for all young athletes
• Communicate concerns or issues respectfully with coaches and staff
• Represent Star Athletic Sports values both during and outside of program activities

Star Athletic Sports reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if they violate the code of conduct or engage in behavior that is detrimental to the safety or well-being of others.

Photography and Media Release

By participating in Star Athletic Sports programs, you grant us permission to photograph and record athletes during training sessions and events. These images and recordings may be used for:

• Marketing and promotional materials
• Social media posts and website content
• Program documentation and testimonials
• Newsletters and community updates

If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or featured in media, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, parents/guardians agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Star Athletic Sports, its coaches, staff, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant while participating in programs or activities, or while on the premises.

This waiver includes, but is not limited to, injuries caused by the negligence of Star Athletic Sports or its representatives, as well as injuries caused by the participant or other participants.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and training materials, is the property of Star Athletic Sports and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or defaming any person or organization
• Transmitting any material that contains viruses or other harmful code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
